LINE MANAGER: Assistant Financial Controller
PURPOSE OF ROLE: The main objective of the role is to ensure a timely and accurate Accounts Receivable function coupled with all associated administration. We are looking for a team player, who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with customers and all areas of the business. You enjoy the challenges of a hands-on role where you will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable process from start to finish.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop customer relationships and establish effective ways of working
Manage customer credit limits, control the credit risk and bad debts
Reconcile complex customer accounts
Chase outstanding payments on invoices by phone
Maintain customer records
Raise invoices/credit notes
Daily bank postings and reconciliations
Maintain relationship with invoice factoring partner
Collaborate with key departments and stakeholders around customer payments
Month-end and weekly deliverables and duties
Assist with audit queries
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG, consumer goods, retail or cosmetics business
Experience working with US customers
Intermediate level of Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
Proactive and confident verbal and written communication skills
LINE MANAGER: Marketing Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE: To strategise, co-ordinate and execute 111SKIN’s social media channels to best emphasise the brand vision. To cultivate a strong online community through customer interaction, VIP/Influencer relations, retailer outreach and digital articulation. To ensure the brand - and by extension, brand founders - are perfectly represented.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the CEO and Founder of 111SKIN to ensure all content is created to deadlines and meeting all brief requirements.
Working directly with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Exec to execute communication strategy across all social media channels, optimally representing the brand to a qualitative and thorough standard
Understand the respective media’s target market and how to engage with different audiences across different channels
Working directly with the Content Exec to outline and create all required content across all different social media platforms that can best support primary, secondary and founder campaigns.
To weekly and monthly report the social strategy and statistics to the MD and Founder so that they are up to date and understand fully the concept and performance of the content.
Liaise with the Founders EA to ensure all calendars are up to date with future social media arrangements, ie Instagram Lives, Facebook Lives etc.)
Supporting the brands (111SKIN, 111SPA, 111CRYO) various social media channels with an acute understanding of their different (and similar) brand ethos’, representing them and their respective retail partners to a qualitative and thorough standard.
Supporting the Founders personal channels with brand content.
Post grid, stories, reels etc in an analysed and orderly fashion.
Work alongside our social agencies and Digital Marketing Manager to monitor, supplement and sustain paid advertisements across all media channels.
Review and proactively optimise approaches to improve engagement and develop/realise value from investment in the channel.
Own the organic social media presence - engaging and growing communities and creating engaging unique content.
Work alongside our distributers (including China) to fully support them and ensure all KOL’s align with brand philosophy.
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content that inform the Content Exec, keeping within and furthering the 111SKIN branding.
Assist PR with VIP outreach and events, including creating 111SKIN led social events.
Keep a detailed log of all VIP product send-outs.
Respond to all VIPs, celebrities, influencers, industry insiders and general customers on social channels, maintaining our brand standard of quick responses, insightful feedback and client-relation building.
Understand 111SKIN’s unique brand positioning and stay true to brand equity through all social content.
Have a strong understanding of celebrity, pop culture, beauty and fashion industries and have experience working with talent.
Complete digital and social media fluency across all current and emerging platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit.
Familiar with softwares such as Photoshop, InDesign, Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
A strong communicator and presenter, able to articulate the concepts behind creative content with ease.
A strong awareness - and more importantly, interest - in beauty, skincare and the luxury sector.
A minimum of 3 years’ employment experience related to social media within the luxury or beauty sectors.
Strong written communication skills.
Very strong analytical skills with the ability to recognise trends and gain insights into areas for improvement.
An excellent writer with the ability to create exciting and engaging posts in the brands tone of voice.
A keen sense for upcoming trends with new platforms, channels and other social outreach applications.
